"I was so lucky to attend the launch class of yoga bellies"
I had been searching for a prenatal class to attend at about twenty weeks into my pregnancy. Never attempting yoga before, I have fallen in love with it!
I really believe using the yoga bellies DVD regularly,
has contributed to an enjoyable pregnancy for me.
My body feels strong and my chiropractor can't believe how well my back has held up. Not bad considering I am hairdresser, standing all day.
